٣. بتلكو ليست مسؤولة عن أي كوبون امسح واربح التي فقدت أو أتلفت أو لم يتم استردادها قبل ٢٤ أغسطس٢٠٢٢م .
٤.بتلكو ليست مسؤولة عن أي خسارة من أي نوع على الإطلاق قد يتعرض لها أي عميل رابح أو أي شخص آخر فيما يتعلق بأي جائزة رقمية أو جائزة مادية، بما في ذلك أي خسارة قد تنجم عن الطريقة التي يستخدم فيها الفائز الجائزة

Terms and Conditions for competition in Lucky’s social media pages:
1. Competition is valid for Bahrain residents only.
2. Tagging fake/spam accounts will disqualify the account’s entry.
3. Prize(s) should be collected from the Lucky Retail Shop. (address mentioned above)
4. The Prize(s) cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The winner should contact the Lucky team through its social media pages by DM (Direct Message) in Instagram or Facebook within 14 days of date of declaration through social media post. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the winner. No claim will be entertained after 14 days.
6. The winner should collect their prize within 14 days of the date of DM. No claim will be entertained after 14 days.
7. Any decision made by BTC will be considered final.
8. Each Winning Customer must present his/her original CPR and at least one other valid photo ID when collecting his or her Physical Prize (including current passport, drivers license.)
9. Physical Prizes will not be delivered to any person at any other address other than the one mentioned above, under any circumstances.
